I had second thoughts about purchasing from them as I learned the same company was in my city. I canceled my order but learned that it had already been shipped. Had an e mail from them saying that it had already been shipped but as it was the holiday season they would refund me in total Merry Christmas. I have only had this for a few weeks, but so far so good and works perfectly with my Samsung s7+ tablet. I use noise cancelling headphones and have not experienced any issues with controlling the volume or pausing tracks when listening to music. I hope it lasts as the cord does seem a little flimsy to me.
