I am not very happy with this product. In the product description it said the screen protector doesn't affect the screen sensitivity, this is not so. After putting the screen protector on my phone I found I have to tap an icon 3 or maybe 4 time to open any app

Sorry to hear you are not happy with this screen protector. Sensitivity issues can often occur if the screen protector isn't perfectly positioned on the phone, so worth checking. Even a mm out, can make all the difference.
