I like this phone, because compared to previous generations it has an aluminium back cover (no more glass). And like other Sony Xperia phones - sony will support you long enough with software updates and you will be one of first to get them as they have little customization from original android. Like now when I wrote the review - it had android 7.0 with January patch level and 7.1 was already rolled out to test users. Also this phone has a great battery life (in my case almost 3-4 days - i'm using my phone more for phone features) and a good camera. The phone also has an interesting transparent cover that allows touch screen to work without opening it.

Very happy with the style cover for the Sony X, nice fit, not bulky, opening the cover brings up the lock page and then being able to use through the front cover is great, keeps the screen clean, free from scratches.

I had chosen this cover since it was interactive without having to flip the cover open every time I wanted to interact with the phone. The images through the cover is not clear and I can hardly interact with anything on the screen using the cover. The flip screen also does not stay closed, so my phone is turning on every time if flips open. I would say that the back casing quality is nice but would consider another case for this phone.

This case offers good protection and it is good to be able to operate the phone without opening the front. However, the magnet that keeps the front closed could be a little more powerful or perhaps located on the right rather than the left. Not cheap!
Stylish cover, but not sure about the functionality and bulkyness

The is a very stlylish cover for sure. The back looks and feels like leather. However, personally i don't like the function that the screen is still active when the cover is closed. For me, closing the cover means i am not going to use the phone for a while and the function to shut the screen after closing the cover is a better option. Also the case is k8 nd of bulky too.
